Made report on "A commitment to academic and athletic excellence" to Senate on March 3.

Other deliberations/actions:

Major item of business was to finalize the document "A commitment to academic and athletic excellence.
Implemented freshman athletic orientation sessions.
Assisted in establishment of minimum QPA for athletic participation.
Implemented a faculty liaison system for student athletes.
Organized and held first scholar-athlete dinner.
Served as consultants to Hall of Fame committee.
Met with Dr. Judi Roller to discuss tutoring and advising system.
