The following course proposals for SPED 330 and 601 have been identified as minor curricular changes for the Special Education Department, effective Summer 2006.

Course Curricular Change
SPED 330 - People with Disabilities: Social Discrimination and Oppression; The Social, Political and Cultural Realities of Living as a Person with a Disability (P) The department has adapted existing course, SPED 330 for online delivery following a blended distance learning format. A blended course would be one that requires some face-to-face class meetings along with some classes offered via distance education - either via online, videoconferencing or independent study.

Please note the updated title; 05-06 catalog reads as: Social Discrimination and Oppression of People with Disabilities: The Social, Political and Cultural Realities of Living as a Person with a Disability

SPED 601 - Psychological Aspects of Individuals with Disabilities The department has adapted existing course, SPED 601 for online delivery following a blended distance learning format.
