IX.				Motion to Change the 3-Meeting Rule to the 2-Meeting Rule
				Senate will consider a motion to change the 3-meeting to the 2-meeting rule for course approvals (See Attachment B of the 2 May 1995 minutes).

X.				A Proposal on Admission to Advanced Studies for Teacher Preparation Students

				Senate will consider a proposal on admission to advanced studies for teacher preparation students (See L. Litowitz for the proposal).

XI.				A Proposal for an Option and a Minor for Archeology

				The Archeology Opotion and Minor proposals were distributed at the 2 May 1995 meeting only for senate's information. When senate approves Anthropology 320, it will consider the option and minor. See J. Evans for the proposals.

XII.				Course Proposal

				Senate will consider ANTH320: Archeological Method and Theory, a new three credit hour nongeneral education W course effective Fall 1995, for approval.

XIII.				Social Work and Gerontology Course Counting

				Senate will consider a Social Work Department proposal for an exception to the general rule that courses from the major department cannot count as general education courses (see Attachment A of the 2 May 1995 minutes).

XIV.				Graduate Course Approval

				Senate will consider BIOL662: Molecular Biology, an existing graduate course that would like to change from three to four credit hours effective Fall 1995 for approval

XV.				The Educational Leadership Program

				Graduate Course and Program Review Committee chairperson F. Erickson asks that senate consider the educational leadership program.

XVI.				Composition of the New Senate Standing Committee

				Now that senate has established an Admissions, Advisement, and Student Affairs Committee, it must decide on the composition (distribution among schools) of the committee members.
