President Caputo has requested that I inform you of his approval of the
following Faculty Senate Curricular actions:
1. Faculty Senate actions at June 13, 1995, meeting.
GEOG321 Urban Settlement Patterns: Past, Present, and Future
PSCI341 Urban Settlement Patterns: Past, Present, and Future
COMMENTS: Approved. Logistics regarding how the course is offered
(only one course with one faculty member of record will be shown on the
transcript) as well as mechanisms to ensure that students are not
allowed to receive credit for GEOG321 and PSCI341 will be addressed
by the two departments and the School Dean when the course is
offered.
2. Faculty Senate action at November 7, 1995, meeting
EDTE590 Information Literacy: Creating Independent Learners
COMMENTS: Approved.

COMMENTS: Approved

COMMENTS: Academic Affairs considered this to be a minor change which did
not require administrative approval.
