POLICY: When a Millersville University student meets an untimely death, the University will grant the diploma posthumously to the family under the following conditions:

1. The student is in good academic standing and has earned at least 90 credits (Senior Status);
2. There are no disciplinary sanctions pending against the student; and
3. The death was not a result of illegal behavior on the part of the student.
