Dr. Frazer has taught at Millersville since 1979. He is currently Professor of Accounting in the Department of Accounting and Finance, he was formerly the Director of the Small Business Institute. His teaching interests include Financial Accounting at the Principles, Intermediate and Advanced Levels, Auditing and Accounting Information Systems.

Dr. Frazer holds a B.A. in Economics from McDaniel College (Western Maryland College), a Masters of Management with fields in Accounting and Finance from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University and a Ph.D. from Temple University in Accounting and Industrial Relations and Organizational Behavior.

His accounting experience was with Arthur Young & Company (Now Ernst & Young) in Chicago and Philadelphia, he also worked with Armstrong World Industries before coming to Millersville University.

He is a CPA in the State of Pennsylvania, serves on the boards of For-Profit and Non-Profit Corporations and is a former President and Current Fellow of the Small Business Institute.
