BUAD 452: Operations and Supply Chain Management, 3 credits. Proposal to change the course title and pre-requisites was approved without dissent.
(3) NEW UNDERGRADUATE COURSE
SOCY 301: Craft of Sociology, 3 credits, G3, W. Proposal for course to explore the technical and analytical skills needed for practicing the craft of sociology was approved without dissent.
(4) CHANGE TO UNDERGRADUATE CURRICULUM
BA Sociology. Proposal to require completion of SOCY 301 rather than SOCY 448 for the major was approved without dissent.

III. Report of the Faculty Senate Chairperson
A request from the Educator of the Year Selection Committee to report at the first April meeting since there is no second March meeting scheduled was approved without dissent.
Several faculty expressed concerns about numerous D2L connection issues that have compromised delivery of online courses. Everyone is encouraged to report specific issues directly to the Help Desk for the most efficient response. Dr. Adams will explore additional input on support. Feedback on the structure of the latest D2L version may be directed to D2L or Al Unrath.

Provost Prabhu reported on interim administrative responsibilities in place for Information Technology and Library until Dr. Anderson determines new organization and leadership for the division. It was noted that there will also be some reorganization and a new hire in the Registrar’s Office to oversee DARS information. Dr. Prabhu also encouraged faculty to attend the spring convocation on February 28.

Dr. Adams announced CAE broadcasting of PASSHE virtual conference events, discussion of liberal arts education in the 21st Century, and iClicker Pop-In.
