                  (anhydrous) 25 g dH20 to 2L NaCl 80 g KCl 2 g CaCl2.2H2O 2.71 g Na
                  PO4.2H2O 0.5 g MgCl2.6H2O 2 g glucose 10 g dH2O to 1 liter,
                  autoclave  Heat 100 ml 1X PBS to 60ºC Add 4 g paraformaldehyde with stirring Add 0.5 ml 1 N NaOH and stir until clear Neutralize with 0.5 ml 1N HCl
