4. Using Photoshop, create image documents of figure that you want to insert.
Crop and adjust the Image size so that the full sized image (100%) can be
viewed. It is best to keep it to 4-6 inches wide. As it will be viewed on a
computer screen, the resolution need only be 72 dpi. Save as a jpeg document
using Save a Copycommand. You will need to add the .jpg extension. The
higher the quality, the longer it will take to load; I use medium-high. Put your
image files into the imgsfolder in your subfolder.

5. Launch Home Page and open your html document(s). Use Preview in Browser
to see how they look. Mrymidon creates pages with your text in one (or more)
cell(s) of a table. Click in the top left cell to select it. Open the Object Editor
and go to Cellsmenu. Change spanto2 (or more, if Table is complex).

6. Openorganism_template.html document. For the Lab Protocol, copy the
Top Menu Bar and paste in the top cell of the table on your document.
Copy the Side Menu Bar and copy it into the cell to the left of your text.
This will bring in the menus and their associated links. You may need to
return to the Object Editorand Cellsmenu to set the vertical align to Top
Go to the bottom of the document (below table) and hit shift/return. Copy
the date stamp and bottom links menu from the template and paste it
at the bottom of your document. Adjust date.

7. Press Shift/return to insert a line at the appropriate point in your text. While
the cursor is there, select Imagefrom the Insertmenu to get to a dialog box.
Navigate to the imgs folder and selectyour image to insert it. Preview your
page in Browser. Later, we will link your page to the others in the website.
