I would first like to thank Judy Cebra-Thomas, Bill Gresh, Frazer Tan, and Rachel Wallace for general assistance and acquiring of materials for the lab. Next, I thank all of Wednesday’s laboratory section for help with dejellying an abundance of axolotl eggs. I would also specifically like to thank the people who worked on doing grafts for my experiment; Erin Betters, Heather Sternshein, Jessica White, and Katie Crawford. I would also like to thank Mari Velez and Judy for working with me on the lab protocol-movie that we showed before lab. I also thank Bill Gresh for his input and help with the lab handout, and this paper. Finally I would like to thank Lindsey Bowser and Ben Mitchell for coming into lab with me on the first Saturday of spring break and helping me piece together what it was I was looking at on the microscope camera.
