General Procedure:

*Embryos were treated with either the control solution or experimental solution.

* embryos were left in glass petri dishes at room temperature for two days.

* After two days the solutions were removed and replaced with pure instant ocean.

* Embryos were imaged with video microscopy two days after treatment and daily after that for one week.
