Communities of Ownership

Building Communities

We all strive individually, collectively and organizationally to be part of a dynamic group dedicated to common interests, founded on common character and thriving on intimacy and security through diversity. The work we have to do and the processes we use are ultimately reasons to experience liminality (characterized by humbly being at the threshold) and thus develop the sense of sharing and intimacy that develops among engaged persons (communitas).
