Communities of Ownership

Whole Community Reformation

We live in a time that calls for renewal and alterations in how our neighbors and we live together. The shrinking of the middle-class has vastly reduced the resources and skills we have available to design secure futures. What is called for is a social revolution that is founded on personal strength, community power, knowledgeable citizens, nurturing justice and widespread ownership.

We must collectively and through action education undo the modern tendency to celebrate institutions of practice that joyfully confuse mediocrity for innovation, honor institutions of regulation that author comedies of imposed accountability, and nurture a noisy informal citizenry that remains loudly silent without benefit of reflection.

The resources and supports for educational transformation, communities of ownership, restorative justice and healthy communities are present among us. The skill brought to you by Thomas Neuville is the skill of sometimes facilitating, sometimes teaching and often times locating the help needed. Neuville understands that each impulse and ability lies within the individual and community. All support is offered with the expectation of un-damming the capacity and power required to create whole community reformation.
