Girls ages 6-18 our invited to be part of the Girls Inc experience. Each day, girls receive homework help, snacks, exercise, and opportunities to explore their world with art projects, science experiments and more. Girl Power Summer Camp 2014

June 16th- 20th– All About Me - 1 Week

Participate in a variety of fun filled activities that will help you to learn more about each other and yourself. Find out who the most important person in the world is. I’ll bet you’ll never guess! Develop your creative talents, play team games, make a friendship salad, and much more.

June 23rd- 27th– Mad Scientist– 1 Week

Mix up potions, extract DNA, grow crystals, explore careers, experiment with a variety of materials such as K’nex, rockets, oobleck and slime and discover the science behind it all.

June 30th– July 3rd – All American - 1 Week – Closed on Friday, July 4th

Red, White and Blue are the colors for this week. Create patriotic crafts, explore colonial games still played by children today, learn about the heroes and heroines of the past and present, and learn what makes America great.

July 7th– July 18th– Jungle Adventures - 2 Weeks

Lions and tigers and bears oh my! What is your favorite animal in the jungle? Put on your safari hat and help us to explore the jungles of the world. There will be plenty of time for games, arts and crafts, and cooking too!

July 21st – August 1st– Lights, Camera, Action- 2 Weeks

The stage is set, the props made, but wait… We need a play and some actresses. Join in the excitement as you create a play, hold a casting call to select your actresses, and produce and rehearse your play. You will need to create your scenery and props all in preparation for your performance on August 1st.

August 4th–August 8th– Sports Challenge - 1 Week

Get moving as we learn how to play a variety of sports and games. Try your hand playing badminton, softball, basketball, soccer, and don’t forget some wacky games. Participants will also have time for arts and crafts, table games, healthy foods and much more; so come and enjoy the fun!

August 11th– August 15th– Water Week – 1 Week

Join us for this fun filled last week of camp as you build and race your boat, find out if water is sticky, play water games and cool off at the same time, explore magic flowers, create bubble snakes, and find out how you can make a hole in water.
