Systematic and Organizational Health

 

If students, teachers, parents and citizens could experience for a moment, what it's like to have natural organizational health and vitality back in the learning institution, all would be shocked at how great it feels. What we call Systemic Organizational Health is the simplest, clearest understanding of what the health of education is meant to be. Health is the normal operation of the Three Systemic Functions. Searching and attaining dynamic expectations through Future Search, preparing educating and guiding teachers beyond simple methodologies and material creation to high intellectual, emotional and spiritual capacities of the Teacher as Servant Principal, and reforming the function of school boards to be focused on learned communities and populations through Citizen Responsible School Boards and Leadership. Each of the three systemic functions can be of value as a stand-alone. However complete systemic organizational health they are being used as inter-related generative processes and strategies.
